William has been a lawyer for over 14 years and along with his work in the law, has held senior operational and human resources roles in both international and Australian Top 200 ASX listed companies. His management and legal consultancy experience includes work for private and ASX listed companies, and large not-for-profit organisations.  

William's strengths include employment solutions, dispute resolution, sales and management strategy.

Ashok is an Adjunct Professor in electrical engineering at the University of Technology, Sydney. He is an invited Expert Member of the International Study Committee on “System Development and Economics” of CIGRE (Paris based Conseil International des Grands Re’seaux E’lectriques or International Council on Large Electric Systems)


Ashok has over 30 years’ experience in the electricity supply industry, specialising in energy networks and non-network solutions, demand management and industry reform.


He advises on strategy and policy in the energy sector, power system planning and analysis, power system dynamics, demand management and non-network solutions.


Ashok holds:
